NAVTTC Tells Graduates to Register on PM’s Digital Youth Hub

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) has urged its graduates to register on the Prime Minister’s Digital Youth Hub, the government’s official platform connecting young Pakistanis with jobs, internships, scholarships and skills development opportunities.

In a new announcement, the commission shared a step-by-step guide explaining how graduates of its technical and vocational training programs can create an account, build their profiles and start applying for employment opportunities through the Digital Youth Hub. The platform sits at the heart of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, which the government has positioned as a single digital gateway for youth empowerment across Pakistan.

The registration journey begins with the mobile app. Applicants need to open the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store, search for “Digital Youth Hub” and install the application on their smartphones. The app is the primary doorway into the platform, putting job listings, internship postings and scholarship announcements in the pocket of every registered graduate.

Once the app is installed, the next stage is account creation. Graduates must select the sign-up or registration option and enter their required personal details. NAVTTC’s guide lists the fields every applicant will need to complete: first and last name, email address, CNIC number, mobile phone number, password and gender. The commission also advises graduates to add their educational qualifications, their NAVTTC training details and any relevant technical skills, since a complete profile stands a better chance of matching with employers and training-linked opportunities.

Registration does not end with filling in the form. Applicants must verify their accounts through an email verification screen, entering a one-time password sent to their inbox before their profile goes live. Only verified accounts can search and apply for opportunities on the Digital Youth Hub.

With verification complete, graduates can explore the available jobs and internships listed on the platform. NAVTTC advises every applicant to read the eligibility criteria and requirements of each posting carefully before following the application instructions, since conditions vary from one opportunity to another.

As for who can register, the commission’s announcement is specifically addressed to graduates of its own technical and vocational training program. It stops short of announcing any new age limits, qualification requirements or other eligibility conditions for the platform itself, which means applicants should rely on the requirements stated in individual listings.

The push matters because technical and vocational graduates often struggle to connect with employers despite holding market-relevant skills. By routing them through the Digital Youth Hub, NAVTTC is betting that a single, government-backed marketplace for jobs, internships, scholarships and skills development can shorten the distance between training and employment for Pakistan’s young workforce.
