The Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed the full schedule for the Women’s Super-3 T20 Tournament, which will be played at Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad from October 28 to November 5. The seven-match event will feature three sides, Champions, Incredibles and Warriors, playing each other twice in a double round-robin format before the top two teams meet in the final.
The tournament opens on October 28 with Champions, led by Tuba Hassan, taking on Gull Feroza’s Incredibles. Champions then face Muneeba Ali’s Warriors on October 29, before Incredibles meet Warriors on October 30 to complete the first round. The second round begins on November 1 with Champions again facing Incredibles, followed by Champions against Warriors on November 2 and Incredibles against Warriors on November 3. The two best teams after those six matches will contest the final on November 5.
The Super-3 event follows straight on from the National Women’s T20 Tournament, a twenty-one match competition that ran in Faisalabad from October 10 to 26. The idea is to give the standout performers from that event more high-quality competitive cricket, keeping the momentum of the domestic season going rather than letting it fade. Thirty-nine players will take part in total, with each of the three squads carrying thirteen players.
All matches will start at ten in the morning Pakistan Standard Time and will be livestreamed on tapmad and Tamasha, making the whole tournament easy to follow from anywhere in the country. The winning team will take home Rs1.5 million, with the runners-up earning Rs1 million, a meaningful reward at domestic level. For the players involved, the Super-3 is more than a short tournament: it is a shop window, a chance to press a claim for higher honours, and a sign of how seriously the women’s domestic game is now being taken.
